Payments and billing
Everything is paid from a prepaid wallet in US dollars. Top it up by card or crypto, and your servers draw from it.

Paying with USDT or TRX
- In the panel open Billing → Top up and choose crypto.
- Send exactly the amount shown — copy it, do not type it. The amount is how your payment is matched.
- Choose the TRC20 / TRON network when you withdraw from an exchange. Other networks (ERC20, BEP20) are not credited automatically.
- Wrong amount or network? Open a ticket with the transaction hash (TXID) and we check it on the blockchain.
How servers are billed
- Start
- The monthly price is taken from the wallet when the server is created
- Hourly
- Cancel at any time: billing stops and the unused hours return to the wallet
- Stopped servers
- Billed like running ones — only cancelling stops the charge
- Renewal
- Each month from the wallet; auto-recharge can top up from a saved card when needed
- Low balance
- A server whose renewal cannot be paid is removed — keep the wallet funded
- Failed setup
- If a server cannot be created, the full amount goes back to your wallet automatically
24-hour money-back guarantee
Your first server is refunded to your card if you paid by card and ask for cancellation in a support ticket within 24 hours of the server being created. Once per customer, and not for accounts that broke the acceptable use policy.
In every other case — a later server, after 24 hours, or any crypto payment — the unused time is credited to your wallet, never paid out.
Billing questions
Do you accept Bitcoin or Ethereum?
Not at the moment. Use USDT or TRX on TRC20 — fees are under $1 and payments are credited within minutes.
How does auto-recharge work?
Billing → Top up → Enable auto-recharge saves a card. The wallet is topped up only when a renewal is about to fall short, and you can turn it off at any time.
My crypto payment was not credited.
Check that you sent the exact amount on TRC20. If not, open a ticket with the TXID and we will verify it manually.
